All current Orthoease clients can now earn free support for one year by referring another orthodontic practice to Orthoease, if the referral results in a new sale of Orthoease Practice Mangement Software. There is no limit on how many referrals you can provide or how many years of free support you can earn. In addition, the practice you refer is entitled to a 10% discount on the purchase price of their new Orthoease Practice Management Software. Please fill out the referral form below and you can be on your way to earning free support fees.
Conditions: Filling out this form does not automatically qualify you for free support. To qualify, the referral you provide must result in a sale of Orthoease Practice Management software. The offer is not valid for referrals provided for practices that are already Orthoease clients or referrals of active opportunities that were being pursued by Orthoease before you provided us the referral. In the event that you provide us a referral for a practice that is already in discussions with us regarding the purchase of Orthoease Practice Management software, we will provide you the evidence to prove that the opportunity was being pursued prior to us receiving the referral from you. After submitting this form, you will receive an email confirmation from Orthoease that we have received the referral form and whether this referral does or does not qualify you for the "Earn Free Support For One Year" promotion, based on the conditions listed above. Filing out this referral form is the only acceptable method of providing a referral under this program. The program is effective starting September 4th, 2008.
