What happens if I decide to stop using your system?
You may terminate your Monthly service fee at anytime. Following the termination, phone support, software upgrades, and access to training will no longer be made available. If, at a future date, you decide to continue use of the software, any unpaid monthly service fees must be paid in full from the time the original agreement was entered into before the continuation of support is made available.

What is meant by Cross-Platform?
Orthoease is designed to run on both Windows and Macintosh systems. When using the networked version of Orthoease you will be able to run Orthoease on either operating system using a Windows or Macintosh based server and any combination of Windows and Macintosh guest machines.

What operating system versions can Orthoease run on?
Orthoease version 6 is compatible with Microsoft Windows 98 and later, and all versions of Mac OS X, as well as Linux.

Is there any functionality difference between the Windows and Macintosh version?
No, both versions operate the same and look the same with exception of some minor cosmetic differences.

How is billing handled for the system and support?
The up front software charge can be paid in cash or billed to a credit card. The monthly service is billed to your credit card. By using this payment method Smilesoft is able to keep its cost down insuring that we are focused on support and development.
