Track patient treatment activities by using the Orthoease electronic charting function. Use the treatment card to track activities including:

• Quickly record all completed procedures and actions.
• Append notes to prior treatment records.
• Evaluate progress in key areas.
• View broken bracket and failed appointment stats.
• Document next appointment requirements.
• Generate and track treatment reminders.
• Access patient images.
• View the patient's treatment plan.
• Generate a patient progress/appointment report.

Information cannot be changed after the date of treatment.
