Patient Flow

Effectively manage today's appointments using the real time patient flow screen. Perform the following activities:

• View by time today's appointments seeing procedure, chair time/location, doctor time, patient alerts and patient smile image.
• Mark patient as checked in, seated or today's treatment completed.
  
• Allow patient's to check themselves in.
• Color coding based on checked in or seated.
• No Show or Left Without New Appointment patients are automatically placed on Call Back List.
• Monitor patient waiting time and alert doctor when time to see patient.
• One button access to appointment book or patient chart.
• Use the appointment confirmation list for staff calling to confirm or to export to 3rd party software like House Calls.
